Course Description: Overview of U.S. and World agricultural trade; issues impacting international agricultural trade, including agricultural policy, foreign direct investment, macroeconomic forces, technical barriers, and trade agreements; basic steps of exporting and international marketing, including export market analysis, export planning, and documentation requirements.  

Course Objectives: To provide students with an understanding of the fundamentals of international trade in agricultural products and to provide students with basic skills for analyzing export markets and export decision making.
